BIOGRAPHY
Nikki has been performing for over 40 years in a variety of arenas on the stage, in front of the camera, and behind a microphone. She studied at Elm Park College to gain a BTEC National in Performing Arts and went on to Bretton Hall College to do her BA Hons in Drama & Dramatic Arts.
Nikki first knew she would be a performer from a very young age when as a young child she would practice and perform shows for her family on the weekends.
Nikki is a well-rounded performer, who has a penchant for musical theatre, along with comedy, serious plays, presenting, storytelling, and character voiceovers.
Nikki has a very keen ear and boasts an impressive repertoire of English-speaking accents from around the globe.
In 2010 Nikki set up a platform on social media for actors to connect globally and loves seeing fellow performers sourcing and finding work for each other. Over the years Nikki has created, directed, and produced drama workshops for children of all ages, and on one particular occasion, she choreographed the dance routines for a young adults’ group performing a bespoke show at Her Majesty’s Theatre, in London’s West End. Nikki is also a member of Equity.
Nikki is also a singer with an alto range, which goes into both a lower baritone/tenor range and a higher mezzo-soprano range. A highlight of her singing career was to perform a special charity gig at Camden’s Jazz Cafe in 2009 and again in 2018 to commemorate her late father’s extraordinary musical talents.
Nikki has great comic timing, loves improvisation, and has been known to contribute to devising scripts and creative writing projects.
