A London screen agency for working talent

You didn’t come into this industry for the admin. The set called you.

We represent actors, writers, directors, producers, and crew — and our entire ecosystem is built to keep you close to the work you love, and ready for the next opportunity across UK film and television.

Pick your path

One agency. Three very different reasons to call.

Whether you’re a professional actor, a film crew member, a director, a producer, or a storyteller in any form — the door that fits the work you actually do is the one to open. So pick yours, and read the page written for you.

Casting or crewing a production? Send the role, the project, the dates, and the kind of shortlist you need. We’ll come back with names.

The pull of the set

The lights warm up. The slate rises. A production begins to breathe.

For actors, it’s the moment you step into character and feel the world shift around you. For directors, it’s the quiet before “Action,” when every choice is about to come alive. For producers, it’s the hum of a team you’ve assembled, ready to build something from nothing. For crew, it’s the familiar weight of the gear, the glow of the monitor, the choreography of a working floor. These are the moments that keep you coming back — and everything we do is built to keep you close to them.

How it works

Not buried in forms. Not lost in admin. Just the next useful move.

From first message to first booking, here is exactly what happens when you reach out — whether you’re applying for representation or briefing the agency for a production.

  1. 01

    Apply or enquire.

Talent use the application route. Productions use the hire route. Each one asks for the context that actually matters.

  2. 02

    A person reads it.

No silent pile. No automated screen. The team weighs your material against the roster, the market, and the work that’s live right now.

  3. 03

    Materials & a meeting.

Talent get a real review. Productions get a brief-led shortlist. Either way, the conversation becomes specific.

  4. 04

    Decision & next steps.

A considered yes, no, or not yet — with reasons. When it’s a yes, representation or production support starts moving the same week.

The team

Four working screen professionals. Not four managers with a phone.

Between them, the partners at MAM carry over 150 credits, decades of producing, drama-school and method training, and current on-camera work. They read your tape the way the people hiring you read it — because they’ve been on the other side of the camera too.

Two doors. Pick yours.

Stay close to the work you love — or brief the people who can deliver it.

If you’re looking for representation, apply. If you’re casting or crewing a production, send the brief. Either way, a person on the team reads every message and replies personally. The set is where the work becomes real — pick the door that gets you back to it.
