BIOGRAPHY
Kiran is a British Indian actor born and raised in London. Her native language is standard English and can also speak fluently in Punjabi and Hindi. Kiran always had a strong passion for performing arts from a young age. Kiran performed in London theatres and was credited at Anna Fiorentini’s stage and the city theatre and film school for her performances. Kiran participated in many workshops to further develop her methods and skills at the actors craft playhouse based in Los Angeles by Rick Walters. While training in Los Angeles she then discovered that she had abilities in fight choreography too and developed her skills while she worked with one of the best choreographers based in California who is also well-established as a professional stunt artist.
Kiran is not only a performer but is also a professional fighter. Her father enrolled her into a local club based in West Ealing from the age of 7 and with continued training and her determination to win she became a national-level fighter winning an English fighting title in 2013. Today she is a 1st Dan Black belt in Wado-Ryu Karate.
Kiran has voluntarily worked on small film productions and then moved on to filming the television series Citadel to stand in for second-cast actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Tom Seigel, who was the Director of the series came to know that Kiran was also a professional martial artist which got her through the door with shooting in Valencia as a double for the actress.
